On November 21-22, Inês Almeida, EXCELScIOR Researcher participated in the 11th Forum on Research Data Management, held at the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu.
This event is an interdisciplinary and collaborative initiative aimed at bridging the gap between researchers (through their unique needs), central support services (such as libraries, data management centers), and R&D communication hubs (translation into the knowledge/research areas and are closer to researchers).
This initiative emphasized the importance of collaboration between support services and researchers, grassroots initiatives as key communication tools and Early Adopters as catalysts for broader adoption of good practices.
Highlighting that Open Science and Research Data Management are not about adding extra work but about enhancing the quality of research processes and outcomes.
This event also had the participation of other Researchers from the University of Coimbra.
